黃茶：Yellow Tea《按鮮葉原料的嫩度,黃茶又分為黃芽茶、黃小茶和黃大茶》
黃芽茶：yellow bud tea，Huangya cha《君山銀針、蒙頂黃芽屬於黃芽茶》
黃小茶：small-leaf yellow tea，Huangxiao cha 《霍山黃芽、北港毛尖、平陽黃湯等》
黃大茶：large-leaf yellow tea，Huangda cha《皖西黃大茶、廣東大葉青茶》
君山銀針：Junshan Silver Needle
蒙頂《霍山》黃芽：Mengding《Huoshan》 Huangya
悶黃 yellowing 《黃茶的核心工藝》
Yellow tea is a tea peculiar to China and it originated before the 16th century.The main growing areas are Hunan，Anhui and Hubei provinces.黃茶起源於16世紀，是中國的特產。
其主要產地為湖南、安徽和湖北
Yellow tea is the partially fermented to make the leaves take on a yellow coloration.黃茶是輕微發酵並悶黃的茶類。
The yellow tea has typical yellow color of tea leaves and infusions，attributed by the unique process of yellowing. 黃茶的特點是黃葉黃湯，源自獨特的悶黃工藝。
The manufacture of yellow tea is similar to green tea，from the plucking ofthe fresh leaves to the final drying. 從鮮葉采摘到最後幹燥,黃茶的加工工藝近似於綠茶。
